Daniel P. Camp email Dan

Daniel P. (Dan) Camp has been practicing law in Carrollton since 1970 when he joined William J. (Bill) Wiggins in his established practice. A native of Rome, Georgia, Dan graduated from Mercer University and received his law degree from Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University. Over the years, Dan has represented hundreds of clients in a large range of legal matters. Dan is also presently serving as the Carroll County Juvenile Judge. Dan is a member of Carrollton First United Methodist Church and is married to Linda and has three children and four grandchildren.

James T. Camp email Jim

James T. (Jim) Camp has been practicing law in Carrollton since 1998 when he joined Wiggins & Camp, P.C. Jim graduated from Carrollton High School and received a B.S. in Public Adminstration with a minor in History from Samford University. Jim received his law degree from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University. Jim has represented clients in the areas of Residential & Commercial Real Estate, Real Estate Litigation, Probate and Estates, Business Formation and many other civil law areas. Jim is also presently serving as a Carroll County Magistrate Judge. Jim is member of Carrollton First United Methodist Church and is married to Amanda and has two children.
